Happy Happy New Year! Here you will find some informative information about booking and other answers to questions you may have. To my previous clients please make sure to take the time to read this. Some things may have changed or updated since we last met. I am so excited for you all! This year will be the best you ever had! I just Love to see you all smile , You deserve the very best and I am here for you Queen!
If you are experiencing : Cough , Runny Nose. Soar Throat, or any cold symptoms , PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT come to the salon until you are well. The weather is changing and it is now " Cold , Flue & now we have Covid season. Every ones safety is very important! Your temperature will be taking as a pre caution and mask are required. Mask are available if you do not have one, I keep the salon and shampoo area very sanitized for all of our safety.
Please be mindful of others as well as you taking care of yourself. You will be asked to leave if you are not well. You will also be charged full price for your service that was booked.
Unfortunately this seems that this is gonna be our new way of living . We have to continue living our best life . So let's stay clean, wash our hands, wear our mask when necessary and love on each other like we never have before.

Please have the remainder of your payment when you arrive. I can no longer accept anyone to pay remainder after you leave the salon
*NO KIDS ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVED WHAT SO EVER .PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA GUEST Space is very limited and there is no extra space for clients not being serviced.
*NO RUSH ZONE - I know you Beautiful Ladies are very busy. But please allow me the time to give you the best service that you deserve. If you have any special events or are on a time frame, please be sure to speak with me to make sure I will be able to accommodate you that day.
* If you are not satisfied with any service please let me no before you leave the salon. I will try to do everything possible to resolve the issue before you leave.
*Custom made wigs have to be paid in "Full" before service. Wigs take from 1 to 4 weeks or longer to make depending on service. You will be giving a pick up date and time
* All drop off wig repair / restyled wigs have to be paid for in full at drop off. Wig will be ready for pick up in 5 to 10 working days. You will be giving a pick up date and time
* Frontals / Wigs have to be dropped off no later than 2 days prior to your appointment . All have to be approved by me if not purchased from me.
* There is know extra storage room .Therefore all wigs or belongings would have to be picked up at scheduled pick up time. A cost of $20 a day will be charged for all late pick ups. I can not be responsible to hold any hair, wigs or belongings left behind. A lot of activity goes on daily in the salon and time or space will not allow me to oversee any valuables left behind. You will be leaving it at your own risk if so. So sorry
*At this time there is No Refunds or Exchanges on all hair, wigs, lashes open or used products. All sales are final. Thank you
* There is a deposit for all apts/ Some services require an additional deposit or full paid balance in some cases. You will be contacted if additional payment is required once booked
*.Please book all services needed. You will not be able to add services at your appointment due to the bookings following each other. There are No exceptions for this
* Please do not choose any appointment. In order to give you your full service it is important that I know exactly what service or services you will be getting. If you are not sure please get in-touch with me and I will gladly assist
*All appointments have to be booked on line. I can no longer book for clients. Please feel free to send me a text with the date and time to double check an already booked appointment that you may have wanted to book to see if there was a cancellation. If by chance I do not respond back, the appointment is unavailable.
*Please be on time for your appointment . There is a 30 minute grace period. After 30 minutes we may have to reschedule your appointment if other appointments are scheduled after yours. If your appointment is scheduled after 4:30 and you may be late please be prepared to reschedule. I can not accept any late appointments after 4:30. All deposit and re scheduling fees will apply. ABSOLUTELY ENFORCED.
RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION POLICY
*Deposit are Non-refundable for No Shows or Cancellations
* You will not be charged for remainder of service price if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows
* Fully Paid for Services - Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged an additional $50 for late cancellation.
* Only 1 reschedule on a booked appointment is available. Ladies and Gentleman please be mindful that you will loose your deposit and will have to pay another deposit to reschedule. . I totally get that things come up and may change due to uncontrollable circumstances. These are the policies put in place in order for me to be able to continue to run the business and be here for you all.
*If no contact effort is made within 24 hours after appointment all fees are still due. Any full payments made will be lost.
IF CARD IS DECLINED FOR ANY SERVICE INTENTIONALLY AND OR NO EFFORT IS MADE TO TAKE CARE OF ANY PAYMENT DUE YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING ANY SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.
